The Halsted Agency is to provide clients with the best
communications marketing available at great rates without
a lot of overhead cost or stress. To do this, we employ the talent of a wide range of subcontractors, some of whom have worked with us for years. THA is a virtual agency. We are your marketing department down the hall, your "in-house" agency. We are widely recognized as a creative and trusted partner in the development and delivery of targeted messages through well-developed marketing communications programs. When we set out to change consumers' perception, influence their purchasing decisions, enhance lifestyle choices, increase awareness of personal safety, or promote conservation and environmental practice, our communications programs motivate. We have created partnerships with discerning computer graphics and production business partners. Together we tackle conveying messages that range from product launches and single-issue programs to broad-based national and international communications campaigns. At THA, we work with our clients entire organization in order to ensure consistency in communications. This may begin with profit feasibility studies, development of complete business and marketing plans, and extend to computer-supported database management that serves as the foundation for ongoing creative execution and the assurance of increased awareness, market share, voice, press and effective advertising. The Halsted
Agency opened for business on January 1, 1993. Its
president and creative director is Amy Halsted, a
lifelong writer and career creative communications
professional. Employed from 1983 through 1992 in both corporate and agency settings, Amy learned and refined the art of successful marketing, strategic planning and creative execution through working with leading marine manufacturers and publications, renowned interior designers and architects, and by hanging her hat at one of the most creative hot shops on Madison Avenue: Scali McCabe Sloves. Stated simply, Amy has the unique ability to integrate marketing disciplines to provide clients with the opportunity to choose those marketing elements that work best with their strategic needs. When not in the office or at a printer checking on a job, Amy Halsted spends her time as an accomplished fly fisherman, yoga teacher and skier. |
